Job Title Senior Technical Services Tech Job Description Looking for Microsoft Systems Center – Service Manager and Server Administrator who will be focused in developing, maintaining, enhancement and supporting of IT Operations/Business initiatives and processes around Incident, Problem, Service, Change, KPI Reporting and Asset Management. The candidate must have strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft System Center Suite as well as windows server OS and Active Directory. The candidate must have some experience writing technical proposals for management review and documentation for first and second level support, services. Requirements: - Ability to solve problems independently - Advanced/Experienced in the design, configuration and tactical implementation of the Microsoft System Center Service Manager. - Advanced/Experienced in Systems Center processes automation and workflows design. - Advanced knowledge of all System Center suite components as well as Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server OS. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of System Center environments. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. - Must be dedicated and focused on continued processes improvements and enhancements. Travel Job Type Regular Date Required Job Requirements Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Systems Center Service Manager. - College degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience. - Advanced knowledge of MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and SCOM. - MCSE, MCP, MCPIT or equivalent certification.
