Description:
Production Manager Position Description: Company wide responsibility for production operations. Ensures that production levels are maintained as planned. Maintains producing properties at maximum economic rate and complies with governmental and contractual requirements. Responsible for recompletions, workovers, production facility installations, LOE, and production optimization in a wide variety of well types. Prefer experience in unconventional shale plays. Responsible for direct supervision of 3 Production Engineers and 1 Production Tech. Will also work directly with the Field Superintendent and outside contract personnel. The position requires a B.S. degree in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of upstream industry experience.
