Description:
This position will be based in our Midland, Texas office reporting directly to the District Manager. Qualified applicants may email their resume to recruit(at)primeenergy.com. This person will be responsible for all regulatory, production reporting and operations reporting for the Company’s districts covering the states of Texas and New Mexico. They will be responsible for the integrity of data in the Operations Information System. This person will perform and/or supervise the performance of the job duties listed below as well as be the liaison between management and IT department on automation of department processes. Job Duties Field reporting Check status of wells for invoice approvals. Maintain well status. Update Well Status db. Prepare G-10, W-10, H-5, H-15, etc. tests as required. Prepare R-3 (gathering system) reports. Check monthly sales ledger. Provide third parties with oil and gas sales and gross values. Update meter inspection and gas analyses. Prepare P-5 (RRC Organization Reports) for POC and Service Companies. Prepare Tier II (hazardous chemical) reports for Texas and New Mexico. Prepare T-4 (pipeline reports) Assist in EPA GHG filings. Prepare applications to drill, P&A, plugging reports, completion paperwork, new field designations, commingling permits, etc. Post meter inspection reports and gas analyses as they are received. Obtain and track required State & County bonds. Provide shrink, BTU, etc for reserve studies. Order well signs. Maintain list of wells for SPCC plan renewals. Job Requirements 10+ years of RRC regulatory experience including but not limited to production reporting, completion reports, filing permits, and P-5 Organization Report preparation. Knowledge of EPA Tier II, SPCC and GHG reporting a plus. Knowledge of BLM reporting a plus. Ability to track well status for accounting purposes and state organizational reports. Firm understanding of gas measurement, gas allocation, well test data, oil measurement, monthly gauge reports, gathering system drip oil allocation. Knowledge of plant product allocation a plus. Compensation/Benefits: Compensation will commensurate with experience.
